Corporate income tax in the UAE from June 2023
Since June 2023, a corporate income tax has been introduced in the UAE.
The corporate tax rate will be 9% depending on the profit for companies registered in the UAE.
If a company is registered in a free economic zone and does not conduct business within the country, it is exempt from paying corporate tax.
